1. Terms of Use
By accessing or placing an order on Urban01 (urban01.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
2. Product Descriptions & Pricing
We strive to display garment colors, fabric textures, and embroidery details as accurately as possible. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to revise prices or discontinue products at any time.
3. Order Acceptance & Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are confirmed once payment is processed via Razorpay or when Cash on Delivery (COD) confirmation is completed. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of inventory discrepancy or pricing error.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, including logo designs, brand sloganeering ("Style Without Limits"), couture photography, graphics, and software code are the exclusive intellectual property of Urban01. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
